The staff were attentive and responsive to requests.
Our experience was extremely frustrating. Upon check-in, I was given a triple room instead of the suite I had booked for my family. After arguing with the front desk, they moved us to a room with a road view instead of the promised lake view, which was unacceptable after a long flight. We had no choice but to accept this subpar accommodation, which ruined the excitement of our stay.

the staff are just amazin, especially laura and lena, super friendly and helpful. they gave us the best tips for local food and sights and even stayed in touch via whatsapp. our deluxe double room was super spacious with a great view, comfy bed, and awesome bathroom. breakfast was really tasty, with beef pho and fresh fruit that were 10/10. the location in old town was perfect for walkin around too!
sometimes it got a bit noisy at night since it's so central, and the air con could be stronger.

Family with children great experience
Two out of the four of us wanted to see the Tran Quoc pagoda, and Quang Minh at the desk helped us to book a taxi. Breakfast was a level above, with fresh fruits and delicious local dishes that were really tempting.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly worth every penny.

The breakfast was a delightful spread, and I really appreciated being able to shower near the lobby after checking out. If you're looking to relax, the sun terrace and the Sky Bar have amazing views that you won't want to miss. Just a heads up, the room we stayed in felt a bit dated compared to the newer section, but it didn’t take away from an awesome experience. 🌞

It was just a proper fit for a whistle-stop in Hanoi with good value for cost. The servers were exceptionally kind and even accommodated my last-minute request for an early breakfast. Check the rooftop terrace for great city views.

amazing access to parks, landmarks, and vibrant nightlife
my stay was fantastic with friendly staff who provided a map of the best restaurants and attractions. The hotel's perfect spot in the old town made walking to the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre just 500 meters away a breeze, while the charming Hanoi Old Quarter is only a few steps further, giving me plenty to explore in every direction.

The location is prime, with vibrant restaurants nearby, and the staff's attentiveness shines, particularly Laura at reception. Opting for the triple room offered more tranquility than the lakeside views, thanks to its inner window shielding from street noise. The breakfast buffet included delightful local dishes, and their fresh pho made each morning a treat, although the air conditioning could be more powerful for warmer nights.

This place was an optimal selection for an overnight stay in Hanoi with a good price-quality ratio. The staff even prepared a packed breakfast for me since I had an early flight, which was a nice touch. Make sure to check out the rooftop terrace for great views of the city.

The elegant decor made me feel like royalty, and the staff were as helpful as a personal concierge, ensuring my stay was absolutely delightful.
More hanging hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

While the stay was enjoyable, there were some high points such as the central location near the lake and the caring staff who meticulously arranged a shuttle for our group. Breakfast included delightful seasonal salads and a variety of dishes, and I particularly loved the convenience of having our luggage stored post-checkout. our check-in experience felt a bit disorganized, with unclear communication about room assignments, and there were limited hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. the bathroom amenities could use some improvement, as they felt basic and not matching the overall quality of the hotel.
